What is the Voice of McDonald’s® (VOM)?

It’s McDonald’s worldwide employee singing contest, showcasing the talents of our restaurant employees. Over the course of five Voice of McDonald’s competitions, nearly 100,000 Crew and Managers have been inspired to enter and shine a spotlight on their talents. Through the international language of music, VOM demonstrates the kind of opportunities McDonald’s provides for our restaurant employees.
